PENN STATE FIELD DAY

Penn State Turf and Ornamentals Field Day is our chance to show you the results of turfgrass research designed for golf course superintendents, sports turf managers, and lawn care operators; and provide tours and hands-on demonstrations for landscapers, nursery operators, and others interested in ornamental horticulture.

The day begins with a Core Pesticide Education Program, followed by morning breakout sessions. 

From 10 am - 12 pm, industry suppliers will be providing demonstrations of their products and services. Demonstrations will be provided by:

In the afternoon, attendees can participate in Lawn and Sports Turf or Golf Turf tracks at the Joseph Valentine Turfgrass Research Center.

Core and Category pesticide credits have been approved from the Pennsylvania Department of Agriculture. Education Points have been approved from the Golf Course Superintendents Association of America (GCSAA) and Sports Field Management Association (SFMA).
