Bylaws
PTC operates under a set of Bylaws which regulate the internal management of the Council. The Bylaws detail how the Council will operate, including membership categories, dues assessments, membership privileges, voting, duties and powers of the board, and more.
The vote to update the Bylaws did not pass. Your Board of Directors will work to adjust the Bylaws according to member concerns. The Bylaws from 2005 will continue to be followed.
